Cristiano Ronaldo reveals he was ‘one step’ away from Arsena

CRISTIANO RONALDO has admitted he was on the verge of joining Arsenal before Manchester United came in for him w88 mobile . Gunners mad presenter Morgan pressed the 34-year-old for an apology while telling him how it broke his heart that rivals United secured his services. And Ronaldo obliged, joking: "I want to apologise, okay. "Forgive me for not joining Arsenal." Morgan went one step further with an Arsenal shirt for Ronaldo to keep, which he called a "classic" with his name on the back. "This is what should have happened, it's what I've dreamed of for the last 16 years," said the presenter.



"It's not too late."

While laughing throughout, Ronaldo stated that he has always been thankful for the interest Arsenal showed in him and suggested it was instigated by their iconic coach, Arsene Wenger w88 line .

He added: "It didn't happen but, Arsenal, I appreciate what they did for me.

He told Piers on ITV: "I’m not going to say names, because I don’t think it is fair.

"But I will say four persons, 100 per cent trust, four persons.

"I have very close friends, family, but who I trust 100 per cent, it's maybe four persons. Life is like that w88 ดีไหม ."

The dad-of-four also revealed how he and his friend dressed up as rock stars to sneak into a Madrid club for a New Year’s Eve party in 2009.

Viewers were shown a picture of him and his pal Ricky wearing a wig and glasses – with Ronaldo saying it was “one of the best nights” of his life because he wasn’t recognised when he walked in.

He said: “I said to Ricky that we have to go out, we have to go to a disco - it's New Year's Eve.

“We bought a wig, with natural hair, better than my hair. We went out in the centre of Madrid.
